We had the pleasure of working with Shawn and the Scott Arthur Team for our new house. They built our custom kitchen, Built ins for our great room, primary bedroom, and custom desk in our office.
We first met with Shawn at the beginning stages of our custom built home in Fall of 2020.
We knew after that first meeting we wanted Scott Arthur to do our kitchen. He was friendly and professional and laid out every step of the process to create a custom kitchen, gave us a tour of the shop and we went over our budget which was very important to us. I came with a huge binder of inspiration for our kitchen and built ins and working previously as a designer I was very specific about what I was going for. Shawn and his team allowed me to be part of every design detail from day one to installation. I was sent every email, every draft and they were so patient for months and months until we had it just perfect before going into production. It was a very smooth process and we felt very taken care of. They were organized and professional in how they handled everything from the drawings and drafts, to how the payment plan was laid out, to the quotes and how production worked. We always felt at ease and never had to worry. It was a really good feeling to have total trust and know the outcome would be amazing. It helped ease our stress during our build significantly.
We worked together for months and months going every detail of our custom kitchen and built ins and they were always so helpful and so quick to get back to me and very organized in our they communicated. Being someone that pays attention to details this went a long way for me and something we really appreciated.
Fast forward to our installation this August and seeing our stunning new kitchen and built ins was like a DREAM come true!!! It was (is) in our eyes the most beautiful kitchen we’ve ever seen… The craftsmanship – every detail inside and out is exceptional and exceeded our expectations. We could not be happier with everything Scott Arthur did and are so grateful to have worked with them and have our dream kitchen!
